How do I change my email address?

Calvin Klein emails include images; your internet service provider may be blocking those images. Please update the

How do I unsubscribe?
You may click on the manage my account link located at the bottom of each email message to unsubscribe. Please keep
in mind, once you unsubscribe you will be forfeiting all future rewards as rewards certificates are only delivered

What do I do if I reported the email as spam by mistake?

My sign-up discount expired before I could use it; can you send me another one?
Sign-up discounts, similar to coupons must be used before their expiration date; replacements cannot be issued.
Do I have to present my email address/phone number when redeeming rewards?
When shopping in-store, to ensure that store associates will be able to identify the rewards posted in your account
and apply the rewards to your transaction, you must provide either your a.) phone number (easiest way), b.) email

Earning Rewards
How do I earn rewards?
You earn 1 preferred point for every pre-tax dollar spent (excluding shipping or other fees) at a participating calvin klein company store or calvin
klein company underwear store in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. There is no limit to the number of points
you can earn. For more details, log in here and click "Rewards" in the pull-down user menu in the top nav, right side.
How can I verify my preferred point balance?
You may check your points online by signing in and clicking "Rewards" in the pull-down user menu in the top nav, right side. Please allow up to one week for recent transactions to post.
How do I get points for a purchase where I didn't present my email address or phone number?
If you would like to add your purchases to your preferred account, please
sign in and click "Rewards" in the pull-down user menu in the top nav, right side and then follow the prompts to add your purchase.
I think there was a mistake with my preferred points; how do I rectify my account?
Please contact our customer service department at 866-214-6694 (monday-friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. est). Claims must
be filed within 90 days from transaction date.

Redeeming Rewards
When will I receive my reward(s)?
Rewards notifications are automatically emailed to members every time a member's point total meets or exceeds the 200 point threshold (and on the first Monday in February of each year for a pro rata reward for any leftover points per the program Terms & Conditions). After earning enough points to merit a reward, please allow up to 1 week for delivery of your reward. Point balance accrual is from approximately February 1 each year through January 31 of the following year, with the exact dates communicated each year to active participants earning points that year.
How long is my rewards valid for redemption?
Rewards are valid for 90 days from the date issued, except in Canada where, in accordance with applicable law, this limitation does not apply.
Where can I redeem my reward(s)?
Rewards may be redeemed for purchases online at calvinklein.us or at participating Calvin Klein company stores or
Calvin Klein company underwear stores in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. To find a store near you,

Can I redeem more than one reward at a time?
Until 04/30/2023, members may use an unlimited number of rewards to make a purchase in physical Calvin Klein stores in the U.S. and Canada, but the value of the purchase must equal or exceed the total value of the combined rewards certificates, as no cash will be given as change. After that date, a limit of one (1) reward per purchase will be allowed when shopping in physical Calvin Klein stores in the U.S. (but not in Canada), the same as already applies when shopping online at calvinklein.us.
Can I replace a lost or stolen rewards?
No, as rewards are customer associated discounts that are available for you to use when you shop at any Calvin Klein
company store or calvinklein.us. No need to print your rewards notification email to redeem, simply scan your preferred
card (in-store) / enter your preferred number (online) or provide your email address and notify associate (in-store)
that you have a reward to use. If rewards are not used within 90 days, your discount will be forfeited and cannot
be replaced, except in Canada where, in accordance with applicable law, this limitation does not apply

Calvin Klein preferred program (“program”) participation and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Calvin Klein, Inc. (“CKI”). CKI has the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, add or delete any of the program rules, terms, conditions, benefits, or rewards, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, even though such changes may affect the value of points already accumulated, or the value of the rewards, except where prohibited by law. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance by participant of any modifications, additions or deletions. All interpretations of program terms and conditions shall be at the sole discretion of CKI and such interpretations are binding on participants, except where prohibited by law.
The program is valid at calvinklein.com (USA residents only), at participating Calvin Klein freestanding retail stores, Calvin Klein company stores and Calvin Klein company underwear stores in the United States, Guam, Canada and Puerto Rico (collectively, “participating Calvin Klein store locations”). In order to ensure accurate tracking of the points, participants in the program must identify themselves at every purchase, return or exchange transaction as a member by providing either participant's a.) email address; b.) phone number (if applicable) or c.) preferred member id # in order to ensure accurate tracking of points. If the purchase is being made on calvinklein.com website, participant must enter their preferred member id and email address in appropriate fields prior to checkout completion. Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation and Calvin Klein, Inc. associates and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the program. Participants must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the United States, Puerto Rico or Canada.
Participants will earn one point for each dollar of a qualifying purchase (excluding taxes, shipping, and fees). Merchandise or gift card purchases by participants at calvinklein.com and at participating Calvin Klein store locations constitute qualifying purchases for point accumulation. Purchases made other than by cash, check or credit card, such as those made using a preferred reward ("reward"), gift card, or merchandise credit are not eligible for point accumulation. If purchased items are returned, the points accumulated with said purchase will be deducted accordingly from participant’s account. Participants must notify CKI of any claims regarding point inaccuracies in their accounts by contacting Calvin Klein customer service at 1.866.214.6694 for USA customers or 1.800.376.0528 for Canada customers with the relevant transaction information within 90 days of the date on the transaction receipt. Any point adjustments shall be made only after verification by CKI. Qualifying purchases include only those purchases intended for personal use and not for resale purposes. If Calvin Klein has reason to believe that any purchases are being made for resale purposes, it reserves the right to disqualify the participant from the program at any time, and/or to void, with or without notice, the point accumulation of participant, and/or to terminate such individual's participation in the program.
Point balance accrual is from January 30, 2023 through February 4, 2024. Point balances accrue throughout the year, and rewards are issued via email address associated with the account as thresholds (detailed below) are met. On close of business February 4, 2024, all account balances will be reset to zero and reward(s) will be issued to each registered member as follows: members with 1 - 100 points will receive a $10 reward; members with 101 - 199 points will receive a $20 reward. Within the annual points accrual period, for every $200 spent by a participant (equivalent to 200 points)...(ie., spend $200, receive $20; spend $400, receive $40; spend $600,receive $60, etc). Reward(s) will be automatically deposited into the members preferred account and a notification of an earned reward will be emailed to the participant to the email address listed in participant’s program account. Rewards at this time can be used towards merchandise purchases only at Calvinklein.us and at participating Calvin Klein store locations. Unfortunately at this time redemption of points and rewards cannot be used on Calvinklein.ca (Canada website). Rewards must be redeemed for a merchandise purchase of at least the face value (or total face value of all rewards redeemed when multiple rewards are presented in one transaction). No cash change, check refund, or credit for the balance will be given, and a reward(s) holds no stored value. If participant is returning the item for a refund, participant will receive the amount paid out-of-pocket for the item after participant's reward discount. If participant purchased several items using rewards, the refund will reflect what was paid out-of-pocket for each particular item return, prorated to reflect the discount received on each item after participant's reward discount. If an item is being exchanged in-store for the same product (e.g., different size or color), participant will be given an even exchange. Rewards associated with a return will not be re-applied to a participant's account under any circumstance. CKI is not responsible for lost or stolen rewards.
The program has no predetermined termination date, and may continue until such date as CKI, in its sole discretion, designates as the termination date. CKI has the right to end the program at any time without providing written notice to participants.
Program valid only for customers providing a valid United States, Guam, Puerto Rico or Canada resident address and for Mexico a valid email address. Participants are responsible for updating their program account information at calvinklein.com. CKI is not responsible for failures or malfunctions of computer or data transmission systems; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; or any technical problem in connection with the program, program administration, point accumulation or rewards issuance. CKI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void points or rewards of any participant who CKI believes has attempted to tamper with, influence or impair the administration, security, fairness, of the program. Program points and rewards may be subject to federal, state, or other taxes and such taxes are the sole responsibility of the program participants.
Participants automatically consent to CKI’s accumulation, retention, and reasonable use of all information regarding them and their purchases acquired by CKI as a result of their participation in the program. CKI will not share participant information with a third party for any reason unrelated to its business. Program participant information will be held in accordance with CKI’s privacy policy which may be found here.
The program and participation therein is void where prohibited by law or where CKI would be obligated to apply for any special license, bonding, permit or other government regulatory approval relating to the program.
Program terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of the program shall be instituted only in the federal or state courts located in New York County, State of New York and participants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of said courts. Parties’ liability shall be limited to actual, out-of-pocket damages only, and in no event will any party be liable to the other for punitive, consequential, incidental or other damages.

your email address and notify associate (in-store) that you have a reward to
use. Each reward represents a discount offer available to the eligible
participant, not a cash balance, cash value or credit.
Are there other benefits?
Yes. Participants in the loyalty Program currently also are entitled to
the following benefits, which may be modified from time to time:
· free standard shipping on ecommerce orders over USD$50 (US) or CAD$75 (Canada) when signed into your online account
· free returns (up to 45 days) on ecommerce orders shipped to within the US, placed when signed into your online account (not available in Canada)
· an extended return window of 45 days for purchases online and in company stores
· double (2x) points on products purchased at MSRP, meaning full list price on which no reductions markdowns have been offered by Calvin Klein. However, your use of a coupon, promotion code, or loyalty reward does not preclude you from earning double points on an item offered by Calvin Klein at MSRP. Products in Outlet stores cannot be considered MSRP.

Only individuals meeting these criteria are eligible; participation is not allowed for companies or other entities.
Participants will earn ten points for each dollar of a qualifying purchase (excluding taxes, shipping, and fees). Merchandise purchases (excluding purchases of gift cards) by participants at calvinklein.us (US residents only), calvinklein.ca (residents of Canada only) and at participating Calvin Klein store locations constitute qualifying purchases for point accumulation. Purchases made other than by cash, gift card, check or credit card, such as those made using a Program reward ("reward"), or merchandise credit are not eligible for point accumulation. Rewards are issued via email address associated with the account as the following thresholds are met: for every $100 spent by a participant (equivalent to 1,000 points), a $5 reward discount is earned. For example, spend $200, receive $10 in reward discounts; spend $400, receive $20 in reward discounts; spend $600, receive $30 in reward discounts (spend and reward value in local currency). The highest denomination for a single reward discount is $20; if you earn a higher discount reward amount, you will receive multiple rewards that add up to the full discount amount. Each reward represents a discount offer available to the eligible participant on a future purchase, not a cash balance, cash value or credit. Reward(s) will be automatically deposited into the participant’s Program account and a notification of an earned reward will be emailed to the participant to the email address listed in participant’s Program account. Rewards at this time can be used towards merchandise purchases only at Calvinklein.us and at participating Calvin Klein store locations. Unfortunately, at this time rewards cannot be redeemed or used on calvinklein.ca (Canada website).
Rewards must be redeemed as a discount toward a merchandise purchase of at least the face value of the reward. No cash change, check refund, or credit for the balance will be given, and a reward holds no stored value.
Rewards cannot be reinstated after redemption. If you return an item for a refund where you applied/redeemed a reward discount toward the purchase of the item, the amount of your monetary refund is limited to the amount paid out-of-pocket for the item after applying your reward discount. If you purchase several items using rewards, the refund will reflect what was paid out-of-pocket for each item returned, prorated to reflect the discount received on each item after your reward discount.
If an item is being exchanged in-store for the same product (e.g., different size or color), you will be given an even exchange.

CKI will not share participant information with a third party for any reason unrelated to its business. Program-participant information will be held in accordance with CKI’s privacy policy which may be found here.
The Program and participation therein is void where prohibited by law or where CKI would be obligated to apply for any special license, bonding, permit or other government regulatory approval relating to the Program.
CKI reserves the right to terminate the account of any person CKI reasonably believes has engaged in abuse of the Program or fails to follow these terms. Without limiting the foregoing, the sale or transfer of points or rewards is prohibited and any attempt to sell or transfer points or rewards may result in the confiscation or cancellation of your points and/or rewards as well as suspension or termination of your participation in the Program, which in each case shall be final and conclusive. Fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of points or claiming, redeeming or reinstatement of rewards may result in revocation of participation in the Program and may affect your eligibility for participation in any other CKI offerings. Participants also will be removed from the Program if their accounts remain inactive (no earning or redemption of points or rewards) for 36 consecutive months; provided that such participants will retain their online customer accounts, if any, and if they wish to re-enroll in the Program with the same email address used prior to the removal, they must call Customer Service for assistance at 1 (866) 214- 6694 (US) or 1 (800) 376-0528 (Canada).
To the extent allowed by applicable law, (a) Program terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions, and (b) any legal actions or proceedings arising out of the Program shall be instituted only in the federal or state courts located in New York County, State of New York and participants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of said courts, and (c) all parties’ liability shall be limited to actual, out-of-pocket damages only, and in no event will any party be liable to the other for punitive, consequential, incidental or other damages.
